		<description>I would dry them in a dry cool place and on paper towel.  The sun could maybe burn them or dry them out ot much?  Just a thought.  I will be setting up mine in the garage where there is windows but no direct sunlight.  Garlic, onions, chives, peas and beans can be left on the plants to completely dry out if you wish.
